Rangers Bitter Rival Sell-Off Team
The Vegas Golden Knights have acquired Anthony Mantha from the Washington Capitals.
Anthony Mantha has 20 goals and 34 pts in 56 games played this season. Trade details have yet to be released.
The Capitals have been trying to move Mantha since last season.
His goal-scoring game has come alive, but his $5.7M cap hit has kept teams away.
He's in the final year of his contract and does not own any no-trade protection.
Update: Vegas acquired Anthony Mantha (50% salary retained) from the Capitals for a 2024 2nd round pick and 2026 4th round pick.
