New York Rangers superstar forward has been spotted making a drastic change to his appearance ahead of the Rangers upcoming game on Friday against the Detroit Red Wings.
Ever since the start of the 2025-26 season, New York Rangers superstar forward
Artemi Panarin has been struggling to find the back of the net, which has resulted in the forward to make a drastic change in his appearance before the Rangers next game on Friday night.
As the Rangers hit the ice for their morning practice on Thursday, Artemi Panarin was spotted with a massive change to his appearance, as rink side reporters noticed that it looks like he had shaved his head once again.
Artemi Panarin Reveals Reasoning Behind Making Drastic Change
Following the Rangers practice, Panarin was questioned as to why he decided to cut his hair, and without any hesitation he stated that he needed a change.
Panarin on shaving his head: «I had to change something. Next stop, left stick for me.»
Now, no one is saying this will be the change that helps propel Panarin to find the back of the net. However, the last time the superstar forward shaved his head was back during the 2023-24 season, the same season he went on to put up 49 goals and 71 assists for a total of 120 points, along with a +/- rating of +18 in 82 games played.
Hopefully this removes the "bad forces" like it did last time, and Panarin to can finally start to put the pucks in the back of the net, as the New York Rangers desperately need some goals.
