Former New York Rangers star forward Chris Kreider makes General Manager Chris Drury look foolish for trading him as he is on fire with his new organization, the Anaheim Ducks.
As we all know, during the off-season the New York Rangers and General Manager Chris Drury decided to trade forward Chris Kreider to the Anaheim Ducks. After months of the veteran's name was involved in trade rumors throughout the 2024-25 season.
However, i believe it's safe to say the Rangers are probably starting to regret their decision to trade him, as he is on fire with the Anaheim Ducks.
Chris Kreider Proving The New York Rangers Made The Wrong Decision By Trading Him
In just eight games during the 2025-26 season with the Ducks, Kreider has managed to tally seven goals and one assist, along with scoring a goal in each of his last three games.
The New York Rangers could desperately use right about now as they are struggling to find the back of the net on home ice at Madison Square Garden, along with finding a strong sense of having someone play hard in front of the net, something Chris Kreider excelled at during his time with the Rangers.
Without a doubt, Kreider and even former captain
Jacob Trouba are making a huge impact with the Ducks this season, and could even be the helping factor in the organization getting back into the playoffs.
Chris Kreider scores his seventh goal of the season - that's two more than any other Ranger. Jacob Trouba scores his third goal of the season - that's as many as Laf and NDA Panarin have combined! LGR! #nyr
