New York Rangers Issue Special Announcement Regarding Star Forward Vincent Trocheck

Today the New York Rangers made an announcement celebrating one special forward, Vincent Trocheck as today is his birthday.

Today is Trocheck's birthday, and he turns 32-years old and the New York Rangers made a special post on social media wishing him a happy birthday as the star was born on July 11th, 1993.

Vincent Trocheck has been a massive part of the New York Rangers success over the last few years, ever since he joined the organization during the 2022-23 season after parting ways with the Carolina Hurricanes.

Trocheck was originally drafted in the third round (64th overall) by the Florida Panthers back in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft, and spent the first seven seasons with the Panthers before being moved to the Hurricanes and then finally the New York Rangers.

Just like every other player on the Rangers roster, he had a bit of a down year after posting a career high in points the season before (2023-24) where he tallied a career high of 77 points (25 G, 52 A). However, this past season Trocheck only tallied 26 G and 33 A, for a total of 59 points.

Certainly not terrible numbers considering the teams performance , but hopefully the 32-year old can continue this momentum next season as the New York Rangers look to return to their President's Trophy form and redeem themselves after not making missing the playoffs this past season.
