Gretzky shares great story about Zdeno Chara

When he stepped on the ice, Zdeno Chara made everybody's head turn.
The sheer size of the man and his ability to play hockey at a great level was quite incredible.
NHL legend Wayne Gretzky discussed Zdeno Chara with the NHL panel on TNT after being posed the question of the first day he played against him.
At first, Wayne Gretzky wanted to challenge Zdeno Chara as he continued to figure out his game in his first year to.
But Zdeno Chara's career skyrocketed and he became one of the most elite defenseman in the league's history.
He was drafted by the New York Islanders in 1996, in the third round 56th overall.
Standing at a whopping 6 foot 9, 250 pounds he was an absolute menace on the ice and gave many teams including the Rangers fits when they played against him.
He played 1680 games, with 209 goals with 471 assists for 680 points and was a + 301.
He had won the Stanley Cup with the Boston Bruins in 2011.
