Former New York Rangers defenseman K'Andre Miller reveals his true colours after being traded on Tuesday to the Carolina Hurricanes.
NHL Insider Elliotte Friedman confirmed the major shocking news as the New York Rangers have traded defenseman K'Andre Miller to the Carolina Hurricanes. Along with the announcement, revealing how much he will make with the division rivals.
NHL Insider Elliotte Friedman announced the signing, as the former 1st-round pick will be earning $7.5 million AAV over the next eight years.
He'll be joining a contender, and playing under Head Coach Rod Brind'Amour, who has been a consistent leader in the NHL.

K'Andre Miller reveals his true colours
Following the trade, K'Andre Miller joined a video call with several reporters and he revealed how he felt about being traded to the Hurricanes.

"It was definitely in the back of my head that something could happen, might happen. I loved my time in New York, it was great, but I'm excited for what's to come in Carolina."
