J.T. Miller hints at another heated start during Team USA vs Team Canada's Championship game
Team USA and Canada will meet in a rematch tomorrow night, as the high-stakes game will conclude the NHL's best-on-best tournament. The first tilt between the two teams saw a fiery competition from start to end, and JT Miller played his part.
Now, as the championship is set to take place on Thursday night, JT Miller has hinted that another brawl could take place again.
Miller would find himself in a tilt with
Colton Parayko, to find the first string of altercations between the two teams.
Dan Rosen of NHL.com would ask JT Miller if we should expect more of the same we saw on the night of February 15th:
«We have a hockey game to win so we're going to do whatever it takes as a group to win the game.»
Team USA goes into the Four Nations Face-Off championship, expected to come out on top.
They've played high-level hockey, and have a lineup full of muscle, and two-way forwards like
Miller.
Now, even with
Auston Matthews, and
Charlie McAvoy out it's arguable that the team is deep enough to secure a win over Jon Cooper and Team Canada.
Team USA has six points and two wins, with one loss to Sweden, which has proved to be a negligible game.
After the loss, they shouldn't march into Boston with complacency, but be on guard and ready to clear the crease, and crash Canada's net whenever possible.
If Miller does indeed find himself in another brawl, he should make it as exciting as possible.
Give us a highlight reel goal too, if he could please.
