Defenseman Clipped With Ugly Hit, Went To Locker room
Defenseman Adam Fox, is currently in the locker room after Hurricanes center, Sebastian Aho delivers a dirty hit with sticking his leg out, clipping Fox.
Fox was slow to getting up after the hit.
Unfortunately there was no penalty called on the play. Will update once we get more information and if he returns to the game.
The Rangers are tied with the Carolina Hurricanes 1-1 after the first period.
Chris Kreider scored a power-play goal for his fifth of the season. Artemi Panarin has extended his point streak to 10 games.
Update: Adam Fox will not be returning for the remainder of the game.
