Andrei Svechnikov is an absolute tool, and takes a cheap shot at Igor Shesterkin behind the net.
It seems the Carolina Hurricanes are employing their best tactics, playing dirty. Sebastian Aho in the beginning of the season knocked Adam Fox out for 10 games with a knee-on-knee hit, and Igor Shesterkin missed time due to injury as well. That also the last time Filip Chytil played also.
This ended up only being a minor penalty on Svechnikov, which the Rangers failed to capitalize on. The Rangers are currently down 2-1 heading into the second period.
