The New York Rangers have recently announced a significant roster transaction that has shocked fans and many alike.

Along with recalling 34-year old defensemen Chad Ruhwedel to the New York Rangers.

UPDATE: Chad Ruhwedel has been recalled from the Hartford Wolf Pack and Victor Mancini has been assigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack.

This shocked many due to that fact the Rangers 22-year old rookie defenseman Victor Mancini has shown a lot of potential.

Since joining the Rangers early in the 2024-25 season as he has only played 9 out of the 18 games, and has managed to tally 4 points (1 goal, 3 assists).

However, some reports have surfaced on Friday morning indicating that Victor Mancini is being called back up to the Rangers after playing three games with the Wolf Pack.
