He's Taken Things To Another Level Since Promotion To Top-Six
Vincent Trocheck has stepped up in a big way for the Rangers when they moved him to second center after the injury to Filip Chytil.
Last night 4-1 win over the Minnesota Wild has been his crown jewel of the season so far. Scoring a goal and two assists for a three point game!
Since Vincent Trocheck has been inserted into the top-six, he has scored three goals, and six points total in the three games!
Head coach Peter Laviolette has made the fantastic choice of moving Vincent Trocheck up. Here he is giving praise to the 30 year old:
"He does a lot of things out there and he does them really well."
So far for the season, Vincent Trocheck has been an all around dynamic player, not only being a lethal threat offensively, but defensively, he is a beast.
You couldn't ask more from a player taking on a heavier load, and he deserves recognition for his incredible performance since taking the challenge. Salute the man.
