You can tell he has been having a lot of fun and feels more loose with the team, gaining confidence with each passing game and his defense has elevated as well to a level not expected.

Head coach Peter Laviolette has stuck to his guns and is trusting in the 22 year old. Lafrenière has five goals, and nine points total and is a +3 for the team.
