It was a great game last evening between the St Louis Blues and the Vegas Golden Knights who are both locking horns and trying to secure a playoff spot.
Halfway through the first period but the Golden Knights up 1-0, Golden Knights defenseman
Brayden McNabb chose to smash
Brandon Saad into the boards with a monster hit that left Blues captain
Brayden Schenn no choice but to scrap with McNabb.
The 33-year-old McNabb who stands at six foot four 215 lbs certainly looked like he overmatched Schenn.

The 32-year-old captain stood at six foot 199 lbs certainly answered the call and decided to defend his teammate and drop the gloves giving McNabb a run for his money.
They each landed some great hooks against one another, and both skated off the ice as the teams continue to establish themselves for this game.
Both teams are currently within five points of one another for the final wild card spot in the West.
The Golden Knights sit at 71 games played with 85 points while the Blues are 72 games in with 80 points.
Since the atmosphere of the game was a playoff style, the fans were right into it and hoped for a better outcome.
The Blues will need to dial in and put together a great run until the end of the season to make the playoffs.
With
Adin Hill out for the time being, the Golden Knights will lean on
Logan Thompson to man the pipes and preserve their teams playoff spot.
The Golden Knights took the game 2-1 in overtime.
