The New York Rangers travel to the West Coast as they will take on the Seattle Kraken in Climate Pledge Arena. NHL Insider Mollie Walker gave us an update on the projected lineup we should expect tomorrow.
After two wins in a row, the team hopes to roll in the Seattle Kraken's home with the intent of extending that streak to three. The last two victories came against Western Conference teams, including the Vancouver Canucks, and the Edmonton Oilers.
Mike Sullivan has made a change to the lineup in order to ensure another victory on the road.
The Rangers should seek to make short work of the Kraken. The expansion team has a record of 2-6-0 against the Original Six franchise. The team will be matching up against a weakened Kraken squad.
With forward Jared McCann on injured reserve, the team will be down a top-six, 60-point forward in the lineup.
This should be easy pickings for a Blueshirts team that is hungry for a win as they seek to compete in the playoffs after taking a year off last season.
Captain J.T. Miller will need to keep the fire inside the Rangers raging, as they are 5th in the Metropolitan Division and can do much, much better.
Miller has played 12 games this season for the Rangers and scored 7 points (3-4).
