New York Rangers Pull Off Something Magical That Hasn't Been Seen Since The 2024 Stadium Series

The New York Rangers have truly done something magical as they secured a 4-3 comeback victory against the Edmonton Oilers on Thursday night.
On Thursday night the Rangers entered to the third period being down 3-1 but somehow managed to battle through and pull off a 4-3 comeback victory in overtime against the Edmonton Oilers. Thanks to captain
J.T. Miller who netted the game winning goal.
However, none of that would have been possible if it wasn't for the way the entire team stepped up and battled through to tie up the game in the third period.
Which started with head coach Mike Sullivan recognizing that a change was needed in hopes of giving the Rangers a spark, resulting in him to stack the forward lines in the third period.
Not long after that move was made, the Rangers went to work and scored their second goal of the game thanks to
Braden Schneider who took the advantage of a rebound on a chance created by
Will Cuylle.
Then just a few minutes laters, forward
Taylor Raddysh managed to score the tying goal, along with his fifth of the season, to remain as the Rangers leading goal scorer after just 12 games.
New York Rangers Record First Multi-Goal, Third-Period Comeback Win Since 2024
After trailing 3-1 in the third period and securing a win, the Blueshirts earned their first multi-goal, third-period comeback win since Feb. 18, 2024 (Stadium Series vs. NYI). #NYR
Truly a much needed win and confidence booster for the New York Rangers, now lets just hope they can continue this for their final game of their four-game road trip against the Seattle Kraken on Saturday.
