Adam Fox Has Realistic Expectations For Game 3 Tomorrow
The Rangers built a 2-0 first-round series lead over the Capitals on the backs of Mika Zibanejad and Vincent Trocheck, who are tied for the team lead with three points apiece and have been all-around forces through the two wins!
Before this season, the Rangers had an 0-12 record in playoff games when Adam Fox did not record a point. Since then, they have gone 2-0 in playoff games when Fox did not record a point. Fox addresses the media on the team expectations ahead of game 3:
"Might not get every bounce and everything may not go your way but staying composed, especially on the road, is crucial for us. We're not expecting anything to come easy, especially being on the road and a desperate team over there"
The Rangers travel to Washington D.C. for Game 3, looking for a 3-0 series lead.
