The hockey world is mourning the heartbreaking loss of four-time Cup Champion and former New York Rangers forward, who sadly passed away at 93-years old.

Heartbreaking news strikes the hockey community this past week as longtime Hall of Famer, someone who certainly made a name for himself with his impressive career resume, has sadly passed away.
Former Rangers forward Bruce Cline a member of the AHL Hall of Fame and a four-time Cup Champion, has sadly passed away at 93-years old.
The former New York Rangers professional career spanned over seventeen seasons throughout the QPJHL, QHL, AHL, and NHL with the New York Rangers where he managed to play just 30 games with the organization during the 1956-57 season.
However, He's most notably known as the man who won three-straight Calder Cup Championships in consecutive years with the Springfield Indians of the AHL from 1959-1962, he than followed that up with one more championship with the Providence Reds in the 1955-56 season.
The Springfield Hockey Heritage Society shared the following heartbreaking statement of Friday, sadly confirming the passing:
Very sad news came our way Friday, as we received one of those phone calls you wish would never come.

You will never be forgotten number nine.
