The hockey world is hit with another tragic loss, as reports have surfaced confirming the devastating loss of 23-year old hockey player.
A recent announcement has unfortunately confirmed that the hockey community has sadly lost another young, talented, forward, at a very young age.
The hockey world has lost 23-year old Evan Armit last Sunday, as several reports confirmed that metastatic melanoma cancer has taken the young players life at a very young age.
The MJHL Has Issued A Heartfelt Statement On Evan Armit's Passing
After learning about the passing, the MJHL ended up issuing a heartfelt statement sending their condolences to the family and loved ones effected by the passing:

Evan ended up having a pretty solid playing career in hockey, spending several years with the CAHS' Dryden Eagles.
Evan Armit had a promising career in professional hockey, where he spent several years with the CAHS. Dryden Eagles. Until this past season where played for Worcester State University, which was Division III hockey.
While at Worcester State University, he also excelled off the ice has he was studying business administration and was in his second year.
Just nearly a year ago, Evan released a video on many different social media platforms, where he outlined what exactly he was going through.
