The Battle of New York will take place twice next season
The Battle of New York will continue again during the 2024 NHL regular season.
The Rangers haven't yet released the pre-season schedule, compared to their Long Island foes, who have:
The New York Rangers will face the Islanders on September 24th and October 4th during pre-season.
The Game on September 24th will take place at Madison Square Garden, while on October 4th the pre-season match will take place at the Islanders home of UBS Arena.
The Islanders will also take on their Metropolitan rivals twice during the pre-season as well, playing the Philadelphia Flyers and New Jersey Devils twice.
The Rangers played the Islanders four times in 2023-2024 and won the series 3-1 against the Islanders.
