Rangers recall top prospect from Hartford, who comes out of the lineup?

The New York Rangers have made a surprising decision, as they have recalled one of their top prospects from the AHL.
Brett Berard was recalled from Hartford, as they have sent both Victor Mancini and Chad Ruhwedel back to the minors.
Berard has turned out to be one of the Rangers' best prospects who scored 48 points( 25 G, 23 A) in 2023-2024 in Hartford.
The former 134th overall pick has turned heads in New York, and he finally gets a look in the Rangers lineup.
There's been no word, who Berard will slot in for, but NHL Insider Vince Mercogliano feels that he could find a spot on the third line, with Kaapo Kakko centering, Berard, and Cuylle.
In order to make room for Berard on the roster, the Rangers returned the recently recalled Victor Mancini, who dressed in place of a banged up Zac Jones, and veteran rear guard Chad Ruhwedel who'd joined the team prior to the start of the road trip seemingly as an insurance policy in the event of an injury.
Berard will be able to slot in on Monday against the St. Louis Blues, as the Rangers will look to rebound after a disappointing road-trip that saw the Blueshirts win two out of the four games.
Kaapo Kakko has been briefly used as a center recently, so there's a chance Berard draws in for Jonny Brodzinski. We don't know for sure, but we know that the Rangers aren't happy with how things have gone so they are mixing things up.
They'd lose both games in Alberta, as they were outshot by the Oilers 40 to 34, and 49-29 by the Flames.
Berard has played 16 games this season for the Hartford Wolfpack and scored 13 points( 6 G, 7 A).
This move could also be an insurance move, while Filip Chytil is still considered day-to-day by the Rangers.
