New York Rangers veteran defenseman has just spoken out on his terrifying injury he sustained just about over a week ago, when the Rangers faced the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Back on October 11th, New York Rangers veteran defenseman Caron Soucy crashed head first into the boards during the second period when they were facing off against the Pittsburgh Penguins, and has since been sidelined on Injured Reserve (IR).
However, earlier on Monday the Rangers finally received some good news as Soucy finally returned to the team healthy and ready to go.

After that, Soucy meet with the media and spoke about his injury and gave some fans a bit of clarity.

Carson Soucy Reflects On His Scary Injury

Just recently, Carson Soucy spoke to the media and revealed that the injury looked worse than it was, and that he's good to return to the New York Rangers lineup.
Soucy said of the injury «it looked worse than it was.»

Added: «It also didn't feel great at the time, (but) little more just shocked when it happened. I was obviously a little stiff the next couple days, but I've been feeling good.»

Said he's good to go tonight.
Certainly some very positive news for the Rangers, but unfortunately it wasn't enough to help the New York Rangers secure their first victory at Madison Square Garden as lost 3-1 against the Minnesota Wild on Monday night.
