New York Rangers to pursue Toronto Maple Leafs veteran during the offseason
New York Rangers could add some defensive depth by pursing Toronto Maple Leafs veteran.
The New York Rangers are desperately trying to bolster their roster for the 2024-25 season.
However not many names remain available as most players have already secured a new deal throughout free agency.
One player that still remains, and the New York Rangers should consider signing is Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman, Mark Giordano.
Despite being 40-years old, Giordano refuses to retire and is still searching for a new home after a week into free agency.
The New York Rangers could use a player like Giordano on their left side, as he has proven he can compete for a spot on the their bottom pairing if signed.
Furthermore, he would also add a veteran presence with great leadership skills, which could be very beneficial for the Rangers young stars.
