Jacob Trouba and the Ducks surprise Rangers legend Sam Rosen with heartwarming gesture
Friday night, the New York Rangers faced off against the Anaheim Ducks at the Honda Center, and former captain Jacob Trouba and the Ducks GM Pat Verbeek would not let Sam Rosen leave his last visit to Anaheim empty handed.
As Sam Rosen confirmed at the beginning of the year that this would be last season as he announced his retirement.

Before Friday nights game started, Sam Rosen met with Trouba and Ducks GM Pat Verbeek, where they gifted him a few things for his last visit to the Honda Center.

The Ducks surprised @NYRangers play-by-play announcer and Hockey Hall of Famer Sam Rosen today with a team-signed custom jersey and a bottle of his favorite type of wine.
He will finish a 40-year career behind the mic at the end of this season. Congrats on an incredible career, Sam!
Along with that, Rosen, who will retire after being in the business for 40 years, was gifted his favourite bottle of wine and a Ducks jersey signed by the team.
