Jesper Bratt and Jack Hughes ran a clinic on the Rangers during Monday night's contest as they put up a combined seven points.
However, Steve Valiquette calls out Jack Hughes for trying to attempt a backhand deke while on a breakaway against
Igor Shesterkin.
Cleary getting a confused response from Jack Hughes, here's what was said:

Even the New Jersey Devils made fun of Valiquette's take and the New York Rangers with a post-game clip:

Certainly a hot take from the former Rangers goaltender.
