Former New York Rangers forward has just revealed there is one major achievement missing from his outstanding career, and that is win a goal medal while representing Team USA.
Former Rangers forward Patrick Kane has truly earned the title of one of the greatest superstars in the National Hockey League, and has some would said he's one of the greatest US born players in the league.
During Kane' time in the NHL, he has won three Stanley Cups with the Chicago Blackhawks, then followed that by winning the Hart Trophy and several other awards. Truly making him one of the greatest players in the era.
Patrick Kane's Reveals The One Thing He Is Still Missing After 18-Seasons In The NHL
Patrick Kane has just recently revealed that there is one thing that he wishes to accomplish before his career reaches an end, and he just might finally get the chance to achieve his goal.
In a recent interview, Kane opened up on wanting to represent Team USA at the Olympics, as it's the only thing he's missing from his NHL career.
"The one thing that's kind of missing is a gold in best-on-best, right?

Now that the 2026 Winter Olympic's will officially take place in Milan, the former New York Rangers' forward will now have the chance to fulfill his dream as he received an invite to Team USA's orientation camp.
"I don't want that to be a thing, either, where you're getting selected for the team because of all that stuff. You want to be selected for the player you are and what you can bring to the team."
Something Kane hasn't been given the chance to do yet, as the NHL banned players from the Olympics for much of his prime. But hopefully now he can prove that he has what it takes to make the final roster and achieve his goal once and for all.
