Brady Tkachuk has just confirmed his fate with Rangers following recent trade speculation

New York Rangers top trade candidate has just confirmed his fate with the Rangers organization following a series of trade speculation throughout the 2024-25 season.
As the Ottawa Senators are officially eliminated from the 2025 Stanley Cup playoffs, Captain Brady Tkachuk was faced with the media and was forced to address to his future with the Senators organization. Something many Rangers fans wanted to know, considering all the speculation linking him to the Rangers.
Brady Tkachuk was quickly asked about the rumors of a possible trade that had swirled around him this season, mainly the ones regarding the New York Rangers, and without any hesitation the Sens captain gave a firm response.
"Obviously it's a lie," said Brady Tkachuk.
Tkachuk then continued to explain how it was his responsibility to block out that outside noise, along with stating he's excited to be the Senators organization as he believes they have a bright future, and its hard not to deny that considering they went six-games with the Toronto Maple Leafs during their playoff run.
"It's just not true," added Brady. "I think it's on me if I let that bother me or take me off whatever I'm trying to do. Everybody knows I will do whatever it takes to win and seeing this fan base, this excitement, seeing how much they rallied around us... I know there's gonna be some amazing memories and times down the road."
Brady then went on to make it crystal clear that he has no intensions to leave the Sens:
"It's obviously not true," said Brady again. "I wanna play here, I wanna win here I really believe in everybody in this organization and everybody wants to win here."
So there we have it, Brady Tkachuk is not interested in leaving the Ottawa Senators once his contract expires. However, that can still change over the next few seasons if things don't get better for the Sens.
