53-Year Old NHL Legend Jaromir Jagr Receives Training Camp Invite For The 2025-26 Season

Former New York Rangers forward and NHL Legend Jaromir Jagr has just made a massive decision regarding his professional career at 53-years old.
The 53-year old, ended last season with his hometown Kladno Knights, the team that he's part owner of, with five goals and 16 points in 39 games played. As the veteran needed to take it easy after he tore his hamstring during training. Something that many fans believed would be the end of his career.
However, despite his on-ice impact diminishing over time, he has made the shocking decision to return to the Kladno Knights training camp over the weekend. Certainly exciting news for Jagr fans, as many continue to show up and support him.

As noted by these reports, Jaromir Jagr does not have a contract at the moment, and will be looking to secure a contract. Which will be a tough one considering he's part-owner of the organization and will be paying himself to play.
Jaromir Jagr Recently Sold A Large Majority Of Stakes With The Knights
According to recent reports, Jagr had confirmed that he is selling an 80% stake in the Knights to Tomas Drastil, a legend amongst the Czech hockey community. While Jagr still maintains a minority stake this will the organization some financial stability after his retirement. Whenever that will be.
During Jagr's time with the New York Rangers he managed to tally a total of 124 goals, 195 assists for a total of 319 points in 277 games played with the organization. Just a small illustration of his remarkable career in the NHL.
