This One Player Really Dislikes The Penalty Box Cam
Jesperi Kotkaniemi is not a fan of small spaces maybe?
The Finnish center, drafted third in the 2018 NHL draft by the Montreal Canadiens, now currently playing for the Carolina Hurricanes, was penalized for tripping and put in the penalty box for two minutes.
Once he entered the box, he expressed his feelings at the box cam.
I wonder what the box cam has ever done to him? Kotkaniemi scored on a wrist shot goal, midway in the first period to give the Hurricanes a 3-0 lead.
The Los Angeles Kings have managed to storm back to tie the game 5-5. The game went into overtime, and then afterwards, a shootout.
The Kings couldn't hold on and lost from an Alex Laferriere missed wrist shot. Jordan Martinook ended up clinching the game.
The Carolina Hurricanes move to 2-0 for the season.
