The Oilers troll the Florida Panthers in the greatest way possible before game 7
The Edmonton Oilers just pulled off the greatest troll on the Florida Panthers of the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Tonight the Edmonton Oilers and the Florida Panthers will face off for the final game of the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Oilers have a chance to win the Stanley Cup and become the first team in 31 years to do it.
The Oilers would also become the second team to ever comeback from being down 3-0 and win the Stanley Cup, with the last team being the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1942.
However the city department of tourism in Edmonton purchased a few billboards in Florida to troll the Panthers before game 7 and it is extensive funny.
The board just outside of Amerant Bank Arena states :
'The home of 5 cups and 0 rats.''
We just might get to witness the biggest downfall in the history of the NHL, If the Panthers manage to blow game 7 tonight.
With that being said, only time will tell who will be the Champion as the final game of the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs will take place at Amerant Bank Arena tonight at 8:00pm.
