The New York Rangers are down 3-2 in a series they desperately need to win if they're to make it to their first Stanley Cup final in 10 years.

The last time the Rangers made it to the Finals, it was under Alain Vigneault and of course, Hank was still goalie.

But, the team is currently against the fences, while the Florida Panthers and Matthew Tkachuk seem to have shredded Lavvy's gameplan, as they have stifled Artemi Panarin with ease.
Vince Mercogliano was at the morning skate and commented on the fact that Laviolette refused to show any lines this morning.
So does this mean there will be a big switch-up for the team?
It looks like Laviolette isn't going to show any lines this morning. Only takeaway from this morning skate as far as that's concerned is that Brodzinski is coming in. My guess is it's for Rempe. #NYR

According to Mercogliano, the only major change was slotting in Jonny Brodzinski in place of Matt Rempe, who continues to be the whipping boy for Laviolette.
Not only will Jonny Brodzinski have to step up his game to remain relevant and keep the Rangers in the hunt, but so will the Rangers top-six.
There is always a need for depth to be difference makers when they can, and hopefully, Brodzinski will provide another spark this team is lacking, once again.
Brodzinski played 57 games in the NHL during the regular season as a depth piece, scoring 19 points( 6 G, 13 A).
He also made an impact in the AHL with the Wolf Pack. In 16 games, with Hartford, he scored 25 points( 11 G, 14 A).
