The Americans are getting a slew of players, as Trocheck, Kreider, Miller, and Fox are all going to play for Team USA. Zibanejad is going to represent the Three Crowns in Sweden and Urho Vaakanainen is going to play for Finland.
They have nobody playing on Team Canada.
All of one was selected when the first Four Nations rosters came out, though. That one who was inserted not too long ago was Vaakanainen.
Finland's defensive core has been torn apart with injuries. The biggest loss to the Finnish blue line was Dallas Stars
Miro Heiskanen.
Vaakanainen is projected to play alongside
Niko Mikkola, who is on the Florida Panthers on the last defensive line.
Zibanejad is going to be slated on the second forward line as a center on Team Sweden and is going to be paired with
Rickard Rakell of the Pittsburgh Penguins, who was a new addition, and
William Nylander of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Team USA is loaded with four New York Ranger skaters.
On the third line forward line, you have Miller as the center paired with Matt Boldy of the Minnesota Wild and Brady Tkachuck of the Ottawa Senators. That's an insane looking third line.
On the fourth forward line, Trocheck is the center paired with
Brock Nelson of the New York Islanders and
Dylan Larkin of the Detroit Red Wings.
Chris Kreider is participating on Team USA's penalty killing units.
Then, you have the only first liner coming out of New York, Adam Fox, as he's being paired with Jacob Slavin of the Carolina Hurricanes on the first defensive pairing.
Good luck to all Rangers!
