Previously Injured Rangers Player Gets A Welcome Return To Practice Today
The Rangers have held practice today and are likely to enter Tuesday's showdown against the Flyers missing half of their six regular defensemen.
Erik Gustafsson or Jacob Trouba did not attend today, with the Rangers saying Gustafsson is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.
Thankfully, Ryan Lindgren was spotted in a red, non-contact jersey at Rangers practice today.
Lindgren is progressing quicker than anticipated and the rest of the depth continues to step up.
Here is the line defensive pairings from earlier today, and will likely be the pairings for tomorrow.
With only 11 games left and the Rangers sitting firmly in playoff position, there is no need to rush the injured players.
Best to be well rested for the playoffs.
