Alexis Lafreniere Issues Bold Message To The Rangers As They Prepare To Face The Winless San Jose Sharks

New York Rangers former first-overall draft pick has a message foe his teammates as they get prepared to face off against the winless San Jose Sharks on Thursday night.
As we all know, the Rangers have been struggling this season on home ice, as they are currently 0-4-0 and have only tallied one goal at Madison Square Garden this season. Hopefully that will change when they face off against the San Jose Sharks on Thursday night at MSG.
With that being said, over the last few days several member of the Rangers organization have voiced their frustration with how the season has begun, such as Mika Zibanejad who had most recently lost his cool during a post-game interview after Monday night's 3-1 loss to the Minnesota Wild.
However, New York Rangers former first-overall draft pick, Alexis Lafreniere has a message for his teams in hopes to secure their first victory at Madison Square Garden this season.
Alexis Lafreniere Issues Bold Message For The Entire New York Rangers Organization
Following the Rangers practice on Wednesday afternoon, Alexis Lafreniere issued a message on what the team needs to keep doing if they hope to secure their first victory on home ice.
Here's what he had to say:
"We have to bounce back, it's a good opportunity for us tomorrow to show up and have a good one. We have to keep playing the right way and good things are going to happen." -Alexis Lafrenière
Certainly the type of motivation the Rangers need heading into their next game, just hopefully they can show up and put the work in to make it happen. Which will be the perfect time considering the Sharks are currently 0-4-2.
