After taking the opener of their First Round series on Sunday, the Rangers play the Washington Capitals in Game 2 in search of a commanding 2-0 series lead. Peter Laviolette says the Rangers stay communicative in order to remain fresh for each new day and to best prepare for the next game:

All four of the Rangers goals came at even strength, with Chris Kreider and Artemi Panarin notching one apiece for each of the top-two lines, addressing an issue most people had, thinking the Rangers were too reliant on their special teams strengths.
