NY Rangers make major announcement regarding prospect Dylan Garand
New York Rangers prospect Dylan Garand was recalled to the Rangers as an extra goalie before game six against the Carolina Hurricanes.
However, Garand has returned to the Hartford Wolf Pack for Atlantic Division Final Vs the Hershey Bears after a tough 6-1 loss.
Garand's presence on the ice was definitely missed by the Wolf Pack, as The Hershey Bears destroyed Olaf Lindblom by scoring five goals on 28 shots before he was replaced by Talyn Boyko half way through the third.
Dylan Garand has an impressive postseason record so far, with a 5-2 record of the first seven playoff games, averaging a 2.32 GAA and .932 save percentage. Placing him third among all goalies in save percentage and seventh in GAA.
Hartford is seeking to tie the series of the first two games in Hershey, hoping to wrap up the best-of-5 series with a victory.
