An Atlantic division team is targeting New York Rangers forward as free agency approaches.

The Buffalo Sabres are currently looking to secure a new third-line center this season, as free agency approaches and some solid options emerge.
One in particular player the Sabres are interested in targeting on July 1st, is New York Rangers forward, Jack Roslovic.

The 27-year old, playmaker, has shown he can produce well in the bottom-six role. During this season he has played a combined 59 regular season games between the Columbus Blue Jackets and the New York Rangers.
During the regular season Roslovic managed to tally up 31 points, 9 goals and 22 assists, and then he followed that up with 2 goals and 6 assist during the playoffs with the Rangers.
With numbers like these, it's fair to say Roslovic would be a crucial member for the Sabres third line, if he was paired up with Sabres veteran sniper Jeff Skinner.
However, given how well Roslovic fit in with the Rangers, they could definitely be open to re-signing him. With that being said if they don't agree to a deal by July 1st, The Sabres seem to be a great spot for Jack Roslovic.
