38 Intriguing Players Placed On Waivers: One From The New York Rangers
The following players have been placed on waivers (October 1, 2025) on the purpose of assignment:
Casey Fitzgerald spent all of the 2024-25 season with the New York Rangers' American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Hartford Wolf Pack. Where he managed to play 66 games, tallying a total of five goals, 16 assists, 21 points, and 75 penalty minutes.
If the 28-year old defenseman clears waivers, he will be reassigned to the Wolf Pack and continue to be a very valuable defensive asset for the organization, in hopes of making a return to the NHL as his last appearance was in the 2022-23 season with the Panthers.
