Major Development: New York Rangers set to bring a massive reunion to the organization this offseason

The New York Rangers need help in their lineup. The top-six hasn't been producing at the same clip we saw them back in their Presidents Trophy run, and with Drury reshaping the lineup, he could look outside of New York for help, and that could come in the form of Brock Boeser.
Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser will be hitting free agency on July 1st. He should have plenty of suitors, as the Minnesota-born Canuck will be an UFA, and seeking a new home.
However, for Boeser, it's about the money making sense for him as well.
According to NHL Insider Ben Kuzma, Boeser is reportedly seeking $8.5 million AAV, which could price him out of the Rangers' lineup, unless Drury is bold enough to clear extra cap space.
At the moment, the team only has $13.9 million after signing forward Matt Rempe to a two-year, $1.9 million deal this week.
With the upcoming cap crunch, Drury will have to play it smart, as the team will be foregoing use of offer sheets this year to acquire, instead working the trade market according to the New York Post's Larry Brooks.
According to Larry Brooks of the New York Post, the Rangers are unlikely to entertain offer sheets and may be focused instead on internal business unless another salary-shedding move follows the Kreider trade.
The Rangers will have to decide whether to keep or trade Miller, and how to make a deal work while signing Cuylle.
The team will be out of the market for a superstar like
Mitch Marner, and will have to rely on ingenuity to make this postseason successful.
