The New York Rangers have an unexpected fan rooting for them as the Eastern Conference Finals approach.
Boston Bruins Defensemen Charlie McAvoy, will be rooting for the Rangers throughout the Conference finals, after being eliminated by the Florida Panthers in Game 6 of the second round.
Leaving the New York Rangers to face the Florida Panthers for the Eastern Conference finals.
However McAvoy revealed he isn't only cheering for the Rangers because he's upset about being eliminated by the Panthers as it comes down to a more personal level for him, with his sister being a staff member of the Rangers.
