Word Spreading About Patrick Kane Already Signing With New Team
There were several reports this past week from big names like Frank Seravalli and Chris Johnston, saying that Kane has been narrowing down his options to four teams.
The teams in question, the Florida Panthers, Buffalo Sabres, Detroit Red Wings, and the New York Rangers.
The Toronto Maple Leafs are considered a long shot, but not entirely ruled out.
There has been rumbling on X, however, that Patrick Kane has actually already signed a new, two year deal, with the Buffalo Sabres.
A media company with the name Puck Wave and the hockey analytical pair, Andy and Rono, are the ones who are reporting this claim.
This story originally started from a person named Jeffery Ade who is a member of the X handle, HeavyHockeyNet.
The questions of how credible this person is has already been raised.
Not to add to the fact, it's a little difficult to believe this person, whom not many people seem to know of, would have what is arguably the biggest scoop of the year in terms of a free agent signing, regardless of how you feel about Kane.
Whichever team does sign the future Hall Of Famer, that signing, will break headlines almost immediately.
If it does happen to be true, and Kane does sign with the Sabres, well then at least the Rangers can put this story to rest.
Won't be long now til the story does break on his signing.
