Laviolette Addresses Media On Chytil's Status For Game 3
The Rangers are sitting pretty, with a 2-0 series lead in their first-round matchup with the Capitals. With Filip Chytil traveling with the Rangers for Game 3 in Washington D.C., head coach Peter Laviolette was asked about his potential game readiness:
"He's working on it right now. He's not under any restriction, he's not being held back from anything. We're working on that, working towards that"
Belief around the league is that Chytil will be an option for the Rangers during these playoffs. Speculation has only increased with Alex Wennberg missing morning practice today due to maintenance.
It's a good problem for Laviolette to have, too many options.
