Jets Head Coach Rick Bowness Is Taking A Leave Of Absence
Sunday evening, the wife of the Winnipeg Jets head coach, Rick Bowness, suffered a seizure and is currently in the hospital.
He will be taking a leave of absence to be with her.
Scott Arniel will serve as interim head coach until Rick Bowness returns to the team.
Hopefully Judy Bowness has a speedy recovery and is back on her feet.
Our thoughts are with the Bowness family. We will update further when we hear so more news.
