Troubling News strikes the New York Rangers this afternoon as several insiders reveals one of the Rangers newly acquired forward has suffered an upper-body injury and is forced to head back to New York for further evaluation.

The New York Rangers cannot seem to catch a break when it comes to injury and they have burning with several injuries this season, most recently they have lost their top defenseman Adam Fox to an upper-body injury.
Now the Rangers are dealing with another unfortunate injury as forward Arthur Kalivey suffered an injury during the Rangers last game against the Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday.
#NYR say Arthur Kaliyev (upper body) returned to New York for further evaluation and testing. No timeline.
Very unfortunate news for the 23-year old forward as he was made a healthy scratch for several games, and now that he finally returned to the lineup he suffers an injury.
At the moment there hasn't been any further updates on the situation, as reports only state he will return to New York for further evaluation and test.
Arthur Kaliyev has returned to New York. He has an upper-body injury and will receive further evaluation and testing.
Since joining the Rangers, Kaliyev has only played in 14 games and has managed to tally 3 goals and 1 assist for a total of 4 points with the Rangers this season, along with having a plus/minus rating of +2 while a averaging 11:13 minutes of ice time.
