New York Rangers recall two players from the Hartford Wolf Pack of the AHL
Following the unfortunate injury news, General Manager Chris Drury and the New York Rangers announced that forward Brennan Othmann and defenseman Zac Jones have been recalled to the Rangers.
UPDATE: Zac Jones (conditioning) and Brennan Othmann have been recalled from the Hartford Wolf Pack. Matthew Robertson has been assigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack.
It was revealed that Othmann was recalled just for precautionary measures for Chris Kreider. But it still remains unknown why Jones was recalled considering he was just sent to the AHL for a conditioning loan.
