Taking a quick look at the New York Rangers projected lineups as they get ready to faceoff against the Western Conference leaders, the Winnipeg Jets.
The New York Rangers are set to face off against the Winnipeg Jets tonight at 8:00PM, at the Canada Life Centre.
Just based of the Rangers lineups this morning at practice this will likely be their lineups for tonight's game unless something changes during warmups:

Certainly a questionable decision that forward Brett Berard will be a healthy scratch considering how great he's been with the team. However, head coach Peter Laviolette did give an explanation behind his decision, here's what he had to say:

"It's 12 forwards that can go in, and so, it's tough. But he's a young player. You can see the energy. We talk with him and work with him on the game and the defensive part of it to try and continue to grow his game and improve his game. But you've got to love his fire and his energy that he brings."

Along with that, it was confirmed that Igor Shesterkin will in fact be the starting goaltender for tonight's game, as he was the first goalie off the ice this morning.
