Edmonton Oilers Get New Coach From Hartford Wolf Pack
The Edmonton Oilers have fired head coach Jay Woodcroft, and they have announced his replacement, Hartford Wolf Pack head coach, Kris Knoblauch.
Woodcroft has been fired after the massively disappointing start for the early cup favorites, sitting in second to last place in the Pacific Division with a 3-9-1 record.
As for the New York Rangers affiliate team, the Wolf Pack have assistant head coach Steve Smith assuming head coach responsibilities.
The team is actively searching for a new head coach.
