Artemi Panarin's Asking Price For His Next Contract Has Just Been Revealed: Per Elliotte Friedman

NHL insider Elliotte Friedman has just revealed what Artemi Panain's asking price for his upcoming contract extension, one that could very well be his last contract in the NHL.
Over the last few months, we have seen several superstars sign massive extensions with their respective organization, such as Connor McDavid, Kirill Kaprizov, Jack Eichel, and several others, and now according to Elliotte Friedman we have an idea as to what Panarin want's for his next deal.
Recently it was revealed to NHL insider Pierre LeBrun, that the Rangers are in no rush to get a deal done, and are taking a patient approach to see how the season goes.
«But for the moment, my sense of the situation is that it's very early in the season under new head coach Mike Sullivan, the Rangers want to see how things go and therefore are not in a hurry to get going more seriously on talks to extend the pending UFA winger," Lebrun wrote.
It certainly makes sense for the Rangers to want to take this approach with Panarin, as it's clear Panarin's camp is looking for a long-term extension since it could very well be his lost contract of his career, along with him already declining a team friendly deal.
Artemi Panarin Looking To Secure Biggest Deal He Can Get
According to latest reports from Elliotte Friedman, Artemi Panarin is look to secure the biggest deal he can get, whether it's from the New York Rangers or another organization.

Just last season Artemi Panarin was on fire and managed to produce at a very high level despite the ongoing struggles the New York Rangers faced, as he managed to tally a total of 89-points.
However, things seem to have slowed down for the 34-year old forward this season as he only has tallied 7 points throughout 12 games played. So if he wishes to secure a massive contract extension with a hefty price tag, he will need to step it up a bit.
