Former Ranger opens up about his battle with depression

It's becoming clear that battling depression and anxiety has become a bigger issue in society and that pro athletes are not immune to these issues.
As more athletes open up on this subject people are getting a better understanding on what they go through and how they're dealing with it.
Former Rangers forward Tyler Motte who now plays for the Tampa Bay Lightning sat down and explain his story for the lighting as they put a montage video together about the subject.
Motte had two stints with the Rangers and during his second time, he played 24 games. He scored five goals and five assists for 10 points and was a +2.
As the power of technology and social media continued to improve, it gives the players a platform to tell the world their story and begin the process of having better mental health.
